The Task - Pattern Only

Taskmaster is one of my favourite TV shows, and I had to create a tribute to the show in stitched form! This design is inspired by the famous wax-sealed tasks, and includes the often used phrase 'Your time starts... now', complete with long pause!

This Hoops & Crosses pattern is suitable for beginners.

Please note: The finished hoop in the photos is for illustrative purposes only, you will receive the pattern in a PDF file format.

Pattern Details:

66 stitches wide x 37 stitches high

Suggested fabric: Red 14 count aida, minimum 9” x 7” (23cm x 18cm).

Stitched area size: 4 3/4” (12.1cm) wide x 2 5/8” (6.7cm) high, perfect for framing in a 6” (15cm) embroidery hoop.

Thread colours: 7

The example was completed using DMC floss, the pattern lists both DMC and, where possible, equivalent Anchor colour codes.
