Returns Policy

Cancellations and returns

Hoops & Crosses accept returns and cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order so that we can try to resolve the issue for you.

Conditions of return

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days (from the date they were delivered) to return the goods. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please keep in mind that any item sent for a full refund must be delivered unused and in the same condition as you received it. You will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@hoopsandcrosses.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you report a damaged or broken item more than 6 months after receiving the order, you will be asked to prove it was faulty at the time or purchase. Hoops & Crosses will reimburse you the cost of shipping to return the item, if that is necessary.

We politely request that you request proof of postage when returning items to Hoops & Crosses. While items are rarely lost in transit, this does sometimes happen and Hoops & Crosses will not be responsible for losses or delays in transit for returned items.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned goods, provided they are returned in their original condition.

To request a cancellation: contact us before your order has shipped.

Non-returnable items:

Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Hoops & Crosses cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
