Shipping Policy

Processing times

All orders for kits and/or accessories are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving payment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. A notice will be added to the website in the event we are away and unable to ship items for a short period.

For patterns, you will receive a digital copy within 24 hours of payment.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

*Free postage when you spend £45 or more (excludes digital products).

We can deliver to anywhere in the UK.

All Hoops & Crosses kits and accessories are sent in biodegradable mailers or cardboard boxes to ensure they reach you in tip top condition and as sustainably as possible.

Kits and accessories are posted Royal Mail 2nd Class (orders of £45 or more are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48) and should be with you within 2-3 working days of shipping, but Royal Mail delays beyond our control do occur over Christmas and other busy periods.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship kits or accessories outside of the UK (patterns can be sent electronically to anywhere in the world).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. For Royal Mail Tracked 48 this will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
